I have so many wonderful things to say about this daycare program. My daughter only attended for 2 weeks while my family was in town for work. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and my daughter loved her time there. Everyday had planned activities, crafts, and themes. Ms. Gabby ensured her transition into the daycare was smooth by supporting her in such an unfamiliar environment. Ms. Gabby even wrote her a kind note on her last day including so many goodies, crafts, and projects she created in the 2 weeks she attended. Thank you again to all the staff for making my daughters time their so enjoyable even though we werent going to be there long term!

I am very dissatisfied, since the school became Cadence Education the quality of service and trust decreased too much, they make changes without considering the opinion of the parents. They sent a statement saying that they are going to remove parents' access to the cameras and the supposed reason they give is that many parents do not like them to see their children and that is a LIE. Many of us have talked and one of the first reasons why the majority chose born2learn (previous owner) was precisely because of the cameras and if at some point a dad had not been interested in having his children seen, he would not have thought about this daycare, well, even in the contract we signed, Mr. Asepta. It is an excuse to lower their costs regardless of the satisfaction of the parents. Because the answer they give is that the decision is final and that's it. How sad that such a reliable school turns into this.

Concern about recent changes, I have been pleased for the past few years with my child's experience at this school. However, I am deeply disappointed by the recent decision to remove cameras from the facility. The presence of the cameras was a significant factor in my choice to enroll my child there, as it provided a sense of security and peace of mind. As a parent, it is crucial for me to know that my child is in a secure environment, and the removal of cameras has shaken my confidence in the daycare's ability to provide that. Furthermore, the decision to remove cameras without clear explanation has left many parents, including myself, feeling uneasy and dissatisfied. I hope the management will listen to the concerns of the parents and take necessary actions to address the issue promptly. The safety of our children should always be the top priority. Thank you.

My granddaughter has been attending Born to learn for one year now. My daughter (Pediatrician), son in law and myself are extremely pleased with the nurturing, learning and all around great experience. I highly recommend this school.

I am very dissatisfied with my experience at this place. I registered my son, made the payment of $300 that corresponded to the current school year, and in the second week, the air conditioning broke down. They asked me to remove my son because they couldn't resolve the problem. I paid for the third week and the problem continued every week they promised the part would arrive but it never happened. They told me that I should withdraw my son indefinitely and take him to another place because there was no response, so after having paid registration and two weeks of classes that he did not receive, I had to take him to another center to receive care, then I prepared to ask The refund of my money, at first they told me that they would return it and then they told me that they were simply not going to return it, I want to note that these weeks that I paid with effort on this site not only brought me the economic loss mentioned but also that I lost time, money at my job and stress since I had no one to leave my baby with, it is unacceptable how they handled the situation. I do not recommend at all. My losses are 289 weeks x 2 weeks and the registration is $300 plus the 2 weeks of losses I had at my job hoping they would be resolved and I could return I am very dissatisfied with my experience at this place. My losses amount to $289 per week for 2 weeks, the $300 registration fee, and the 2 weeks of lost wages I experienced while waiting for the issue to be resolved and to return.

With recent events across the country, we feel it is best to not allow access to see where everyone is in the building in real time. Additionally, some families do not feel comfortable allowing other parents to see their children throughout the day.
