I STRONGLY RECOMMEND YOU DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY TO SERVICE YOUR GENERATOR. I HIRED THEM FOR AN ANNUAL INSPECTION AND PROVIDE WARRANTY SERVICE ON A 10 YEAR OLD GENERATOR THAT WAS WORKING FINE AND THEIR TECHNICIAN FAILED TO COMPLETE THE SERVICE AND CAUSED ADDITIONAL PROBLEMS THAT RESULTED IN ME REPLACING MY ENTIRE GENERATOR FOR $17,000. THEY CHARGED ME FOR THE VISIT IN WHICH THE UNIT WAS DESTROYED AND CONTINUED TO SAY MY UNIT IS NO GOOD AND NEEDED REPLACEMENT DESPITE THE FACT THAT IT WORKED FINE. THE TECHNICIAN MENTIONED THAT THEY DID NOT USUALLY WORK ON KOHLER UNITS BUT STILL WORKED ON MINE. BUYER BEWARE! FIND ANOTHER PROVIDER AND BE VERY CAREFUL. THEIR RATINGS SPEAK FOR THEMSELVES. i strongly recommend you do not work with this company to service your generator. i hired them for an annual inspection and provide warranty service on a 10 year old generator that was working fine and their technician failed to complete the service and caused additional problems that resulted in me replacing my entire generator for $17,000. they charged me for the visit in which the unit was destroyed and continued to say my unit is no good and needed replacement despite the fact that it worked fine. the technician mentioned that they did not usually work on kohler units but still worked on mine. buyer beware! find another provider and be very careful. their ratings speak for themselves.

Florida Power House installed our generator a few months ago and they just came back to perform maintenance. The installation did take long as others have mentioned, but Jonathan answered all my questions and concerns throughout the process.My generator ran smoothly when the power went out. The techs from installation to service have been very professional and informative. Customer service from the office staff has been exceptional. Thank you so much.

Read before you proceed!! Florida Power House is a locally owned poorly operated company. They are definitely great at selling! That's all they are good for. Once you own it the fun begins. Good luck calling and having someone picking the call. Good luck having someone return a VM, and or email. Good luck receiving a timely follow up after you have contacted someone at PW. Shop around and do your research before you proceed. You have been warned! Stay away or understand the consequences if you take the plunge Service: Electrical power restoration
