Rude customer service but very friendly chef there with great breakfast.

Acceptable. It is not a big thing . But it's clean. It is well located and economical. Good service

We did not stay EM Miami. The shuttle driver didn't understand us and we didn't understand him. We tried to tell him which hotel he was yes it's shuttle I'll take you so he bought us there. Terry one of the front desk worked help us to our hotel. He was so awesome and never had an attitude or anything. We told him we wasn't book with them but with quality inn. Terry jump right up and said I'll help no problem. He looked up our hotel up and called and an Uber for us. He went beyond his job. We really appreciate it his kindness. We are from Mississippi and just got off the plane it was our first time doing any of this so we was very lost, stress and we didn't know what to do when we was drop of there. Thank you so much Terry you really don't know how much your hospitality meant us. Being from Mississippi where hospitality is our Moto. We felt welcome at y'all hotel even though we wasn't book there. PS your hotel is beautiful we was like I wish we was book here this is just beautiful. 9/3/21

They have a price on the internet and when you arrive you make the reservation online it is 46 and they charge you double the false price the price they publish and they also take 100 dollars from your deposit card 4 days ago and they do not return the deposit and They ask for a lot of information about your card, too much pin information for my card, I put it in or the zip code
