        The worst experience I have ever had in a doctor's office, the receptionists are rude, and no one answers the phone. Then the doctor seems very distracted and does not pay attention to the ailments described to him.

        Dr. Gascn is very knowledgeable and helpful every time my parents have an appointment with him. Office does not run that well. Last time I took mom to her appointment after seeing Dr. Gascn we waited for almost 45 minutes for the referral Dr.Gascn suggested and when asked the receptionist what happened why the wait she told me the person in charge of the referral went out for lunch, not consideration that my mom is 82 years old and was hungry because her lunch times was already past. The receptionist rarely answer the phone.
