        They should put on the page that it is by appointment, when you call, the hours from 10-7:30 pm will be answered in the mailbox. I traveled from Weston, I paid Parkin to enter the building and the receptionist told me that it was by appointment, I asked her for the appointment and she told me that I should call, I called and no one answered, what a DISASTER

        What you see is what you get... I love it takes the guesswork out of buying online. The selection is not widest as each piece they have is custom to what is best for that stone. The online description is very accurate, and Jose R. is very responsive to answer any question you may have. The jewelry is well/fair price compare to other places who specialize in selling Columbia emerald. I am a repeat customer for like 5 separate occasion over years. What keeps me coming back is the guarantee quality on the piece I purchase... I am sure I will come back in the future when I see another emerald that speaks to me...
