        So unprofessional! You call as a new patient to make an appointment and without explaining how they work they ask you for your credit card ! And they tell me that I need to ask my insurance how much they will charge me as a copay. This have never happened to me before . The way I have always been to doctors is that I give them the information of my insurance and they tell me before proceeding how much is my copay . I don t need to investigate that on my end !
