Terminix

I paid $401 in advance, and they billing me $1,660 for a service that never received !!!! I call several times for receive the service but only they put excuses, and never call me back the manager. Please this is a SCAM or a fraud????

Worst company ever. They will roobed you. I paid them $1500 to remove termites form my home. The termites are even worst now. Service: General pest inspection

Terminix is the best company for standing you up for appointments. They are the best at not following through on any of their agreements or guarantees. I have a receipt that said that a man came out and found no termites. He never showed up. Three times.. I have called 10 times. Terminix operators cannot contact the local office or the branch manager. Most technicians have full voice mail boxes so you cannot leave a message. The notes on my account say that they have notified Terminix managers on multiple levels and still no response. Operators say that you should hear something in four hours. It has never happened to me. I was very surprised to find that I had an annual visit scheduled today, May 27th at 1PM. No one called me or emailed me. I only found out about it on my 4th complaint call. Of course this guy did not show up either. It turns out that he was the same guy who stood me up two prior times. They have one man for three counties? That is mind blowing. Do not waste your money. Just a note: I got a call at 6PM on the 27th from a manager named Andrew who actually came out with a technician at 7:30 to look at my house and treat the active termite infestation. I have to say that it took two weeks to get service but that Andrew did follow through. Clearly Terminix does not have enough staff to manage its accounts. I am in a bind. If I drop the account I could pay someone a lot of money to re-treat. If I keep the Terminix guarantee I run the risk of going through being stood up three times. Andrew made sure I had his number so now I can call him directly if I have a problem. I am saddened that all of those great women that I talked to at the Terminix call center cannot get through to local managers to expedite action when problems like mine occur.
