        How horrible... waiting 40 minutes for them to tell me that THEY HAVE NOT HAD A SPECIALIST ON HAND FOR 3 YEARS THERE. What a lack of respect. What if I wanted to go to another location? REALLY??? Well, if I made the appointment here... it's because it's the location that suits me... I wasted my time.
