I have made contact with this office several times and spoke with the same representative Mrs. Veronica in the epidemiology department. She was to have The supervisor Mrs. Pamo give me a call back but I have yet to receive a call. I was given two different agencies to file a complaint with each one referred me back to the Department of Health. Iâ€™m not sure whatâ€™s the issue with having a supervisor call back when citizens are receiving false information from the representative they are making contact with. I hope this gets to the correct department so no others will go through this same issue
