Amazing experience, I couldnt find a pair of Pumas and a worker by the name of Sebastian helped me the entire time I was there. He brought out multiple pairs of shoes and was patient with me. Excellent customer service!

I was regular client of this store, almost every weekend came and spent hundreds of dollars here, today I purchased a pant and when I get home open the bag and noticed the pant has a stain on it. I came back to the store at the same cashier Kaily, Katie dont sure of his real name since she refused to identify himself, refuses to make a exchange of the pants that we just purchase hours away because he accused me of making the stain and just tries to return it like a trash person would do. He call the employee that serve me before Diego and he says in front of me that he didnt check the pants when he sell it. Definitely this store lost a few regular clients this day. The cashier insinuate more than one time that I just trying to return clothes that I purposely stain and treat me like a liar and laughing at my face, she inclusive laugh because I dont talk fluent english. His service was disrespectful and shes definitely affecting the name of Shoe Palace cause no one need to be treated like a liar or a scammer person either less when youre a regular client. I really impressed that Shoe Palace prefer to lose a client and reputation cause an employee wants to make a profile and treat like liars and scammers all his clients. I feel very disappointing of Shoe Palace. And to prove on his face that I dont have the need to scam a company returning things that I used I purchased the pants again
