The Patio District

The Patio District was very professional, responsive and did a beautiful job on my pergola. My family and I are very happy we chose them to complete the job.

On 3/26/2023 I drove 2 hrs each way from fll to their showroom . Its been a week I emailed them with the info they requested in other to start a quote . No response , not even an acknowledgment .Nada! I called the designer , asked if they received my emails . the designer said he was busy out in the field he will check again, no response . I then looked at their google reviews and notice some customers had problems with them and their work as well . Now I am wondering : if they dont care about me before even starting a project , how is this going to be where there are problem during the project ? Not sure I should work with these people .

Back in 2020 I contracted withThe Patio Disctrict to do two pergolas in our house backyard, it was the smoothest process and we got the best result we could expect and beyond, since day 1 we relied heavily on the help of Santiago, he is very professional, knowledgeable and understanding, he understands what you want and always give you his advice, he has always been great at getting back to us when we have needed any assistance on repairs or adjustments a after the work was done, just this month we needed to replace the roof of both pergolas and maintenance them at the same time, I called Santiago and once again they performed at the highest level, our pergolas look like new. I will continue to use this company for every need in our backyard. Thank you all at The Patio District and specially Santiago for the amazing support!!!
