A friend recommended me to buy in this store and the experience was wonderful, very good products, excellent costumer service. I found what I had visualized for my new home. Very good quality. I recommend you 100% to buy in this store.

The sales person was very professional and helpful, the prices were reasonable, and the product is great. However, the delivery experience and the lack of customer service was horrible. The 4 pallets were placed in the parking spot in our condominium which are not allowed. When we asked the delivery company which Villar Title hired they stated this is normal delivery. I incorrectly assumed Villar Tiles dealt directly with homeowners and thought a clear explanation of "delivery" terms would have been discussed prior to completing the sale. When I called Villar Tile to discuss the issue I received the same "this is normal delivery" response. If I were in the construction business this I might expect "normal delivery" in the driveway. Maybe spend a little extra effort with customer service / satisfaction (get to know your customer) and a little less in dishonest sales tactics. Learn from my mistake - ask, ask, ask and then get it in writing. Once you sign and pay it's your problem - not theirs.

Alexis and Alain from Villar Tile are a delight to work with. Anything you need, just call and they will do everything to help. They make you feel heard and advise on any style you are aiming for. When I came in, I was looking for a tile to match a mosaic tile I already had. Alexis was able to guide me in color, material, and pattern that would fit perfectly in my little bathroom. They truly made the tiles shopping experience easy and painless!
