Tire Rack Mobile Tire Installation

Do not take teslas or any lowered car. They don't know how to fill car in a 20 inch rim tire. Do not take any low pro tires to them. They are not built for this. Came here 3 times now and literally everytime has been a joke. The tech. I caught jumping on my HRE rims trying to seat the tire on. I got my money back and went off. Do not go!!!!

Please people rescheduled three times on the first two purchases. Unless you can wait three months to have them, do something dont ever use them and their pricing is no cheaper than everybody else. Very disappointing.

Unreliable! Scheduled the installation twice and twice no one showed up!

Booked an appointment on 3/27 for 4/7. They sent me multiple reminders about my upcoming appointment. On the day of the appointment no one showed up or reached out. 30 minutes after the appointment window, I received a text and e-mail rescheduling it 3 days later with the reason being that there were no techs in the area (how is this possible?). Was offered a 20% discount for the inconvenience. On the new date, someone called me in the afternoon saying that they were running a bit behind - probably due to the weather - and they would arrive closer to the end of the window. No one showed up. It's been 24 hours since that phone call and I have yet to receive an official cancellation or option to reschedule. This was the first time I tried to use this service and will no longer consider this as an option. Absolute dumpster fire of an operation. Do not recommend. Stick with your local tire shop. UPDATE: Received a text rescheduling my appointment for 4/18. A full 11 days after the original date.
