We did not have a good experience. The cost of shipping was fine, but even though we gave them all the invoices an item was lost and eventually found. They stored the merchandise while looking for the lost lamp. Poor communication and will never use them again . Not recommended. Look for other avenues

I recently used the services of this company to send 2 professional speakers that I needed for a certain date in Costa Rica. I must say that from start to finish the process was excellent, even though there was a slight delay due to bad weather. The communication and attention, starting with Juan in the receiving warehouse, continuing with the people who helped me throughout the process, Jennifer, Erick, Mara Jos, Josette, etc. Really grateful to Carga Tica and all their staff for providing me with top-notch professional service. I recommend them 100% and I will surely continue using this company for my important shipments to Costa Rica. Thank you.
