Ordered a bunkbed from the Merrick Park store! The Manager Alejandro was fantastic advising and providing solutions to which would be the best bed to buy. He provided us with a delivery date, and to our surprise he managed to have the delivery arrive 3 weeks early! Unfortunately the bed arrived with imperfections, to which we called and in a very courteous response, it was replaced 1 week later! We have to say that this store personnel deserve a 10-star review! Keep the excellent attitude and work! See you soon for a new purchase.

We ordered our sofa back in June. We were promised to receive it by August-all together. The customer service called a month ago (which is October!!! already) saying they have one piece only, my husband refused to receive one piece only and asked for delivery when all set is ready. The customer service said the whole set will arrive on November 11, we agreed on delivery. Today we received a call at 7am!!!! saying the delivery is here, which is fine , except time!!! So can you guess what we get???!!!! Only one piece!!! Amazing how unprofessionally managed . Skip this store, they never returned an email from the main office
