If I could give -100000000000000 stars I would. Everything was going great until I had my appointment with their physiologist Shirley Gazabon. We had an appointment that it was covered by insurance and she decided to end it midway because it was a remote appointment and I was traveling at the time of my appointment outside of Florida.The office was not clear to tell me I needed to be inside of Florida at the beginning of appointment since it was remote. After I tell her all my struggles etc, I told her I was in Peru, and she said we need to end the appointment because I needed to be in Florida. However, that appointment was billed to my insurance anyways. Then it was rescheduled, and I went through the appointment and she denies me for the surgery. They charged the insurance again but time was not paid by insurance so they calling to pay the bill. Circumstances happen and lost my insurance coverage for job loss, and problems with Cobra at the time of second appt. What really makes me angry is that she could have told me the first time that she would not give me the go and I could have made the decisions into going to a second appointment. The second appointment was not necessary! It was a continuation of the first appointment she decided to cancel so double the charge. Only care about how much money they can get. I want that second bill erased! Edit Update! Thanks for taking the feedback very seriously. I just got a call from a collection agency on this balance! Making things better congratulations!

Literally got hung up on after explaining that I wanted to schedule an appointment. No can you repeat that, no I can't hear you, no reason was given but I did get a dial tone.

This place saved my life and gave me a whole new lease on life as a whole. I had severe complications from a previous surgery in my home state. I had no quality of life at all. I was miserable and was too close to knocking on heavens door for comfort. Surgeons in my home state would not help me at all. I really thought Id reached the end of my journey here. Then Dr. De La Cruz did what he does best and he fixed me up. The day after surgery I noticed a huge difference and I could not help but to cry. It was amazing. I am so very grateful for this practice, I dont know that I would be here without them today. If you are looking for a very competent surgeon who has compassion, knowledge and the skills needed to perform your surgery. this is the place to go. I will never be able to thank them enough for all that they did for me.
