        This week I had my annual consultation and I was always delighted with all the attention, everything was super fast and my doctor Carlos Martinez is the best! 100 percent recommended all west kendall obgy doctors

        Rating this 1 star the front desk Evelyn is super rude & inconsiderate and doesnt know how to speak to pregnant women. My first visit she told me my insurance didnt cover my ultrasound we paid out of pocket then my 3rd visit she tells me I have a balance due, because of the ultrasound which was paid out of pocket the first visit. She was very rude speaking to me, and I told them the only reason I would stay with this office is because I actually love my Midwife Maria Medal shes amazing, she then proceeds to tell me I can change medical offices that she did not care. HORRIBLE FRONT DESK. Like I stated only staying in this facility because of my midwife Maria Medal. But I feel like the manager of this office shouldnt allow her employees speak to patients such disgusting way especially someone who is pregnant. Thanks to Evelyn front desk is why Im giving this 1 stars. She needs to fix her nasty attitude or get another job.

        Since the beginning of my pregnancy I have been treated at this clinic. The staff is very professional and they treat you the best. There is almost never a wait and there is always someone to assist you at the reception
