Excellent to work with! Neil made our very difficult decision and emotional time for my mother selling her house after 50 years a seamless process. He kept us informed, gave excellent advice, and guided us through the entire process. He not only was a caring and approachable agent who was always available for our calls and questions, but was a professional in every sense of the word. Neil is the best! We sought him out when we were buying a home on Fleming Island as he has a reputation for being the 'Waterfront Guy". And he is! The consummate professional and gentleman, always working tirelessly on our behalf. His fund of knowledge regarding properties in the area is phenomenal. When we sold the house three years later, he helped us again, showing that he can work both ends of the transactions equally well. We have a lot to be thankful for this Thanksgiving, and Neil is at the top of the list! You will not find a better, nicer, more talented agent than Neil Avery.

I recommend Neil Avery for any home purchases........he was more than patient with me and my endless wants in a home. I have never met a realtor that was so competent and knowledgeable about homes. He knows about history and more specifically the history of the homes in the area. What an asset in the home buying experience!

Excellent realtor , knowledgeable, trust worthy Ill buy property again with him Waterfront property he is especially knowledgeable of. Very professional , returns calls , great negotiator . Picture below is of the house on the river I bought with him and sold with him .
