        Ive had a great experience so far living at Blu. Steve has been great help fixing any small issues that Ive had in my apartment regarding work orders. He responds quickly to any problems and is very friendly. This has been the best experience Ive had so far in any apartment complex that Ive lived in.

        Beautiful apts. Quiet community. The amenities are wonderful and the pool is one of my favorite features. Grounds are well maintained. Friendly and responsive staff. Consistently experienced kindness and professionalism from day one. Alex is amazing! His compassion does not go unnoticed, you are appreciated. Maintenance is quick to respond in a very timely and professional manor and I appreciate that so much, thank you Steve!

        I recently moved to Blu on Marina Mile Blvd and can say that its been a very pleasant experience so far. The staff, including Maniah and Steve, are very polite and attentive to all your questions and service requests. Its been very welcoming. I would definitely recommend! The amenities are great and the apartment is spacious.
