        I want to thank AT&T for the representative Ramon. Mr. Ramon spent more than a couple of hours taking care of 2 senior citizen that know nothing about phones. He was patient, kind, understanding, and smile though it all. It turned into a pleasure experience and we look forward to coming back and working with Ramon again. Thanks for having the best representative ever. My advice is take care of him, he is worth every penny you give him. Thank you. Ramon is a superstar to work with, thanks Ramon and AT&T.
