Dental Team Of Galleria

I have been a patient of DT Galeria for over 1 year now and have had extensive dental work. DR. PERLSTEIN is fantastic! He is knowlegable and the end result is flawless. The Hygenist, Maria is also great, she takes her time and makes certain the work is done to satisfaction. I highly recommend this office - behind the Galleria Mall.

We are new patients and have been to the dental office 3 times. This last visit was last step in obtaining a crown. It took 2 hours to put in a final crown, something that should have taken 30 minutes with other dentists. In addition, the office coded the procedure incorrectly and it was initially bill as an "out-of-network" service from the perspective of my insurance company when the dentist was clearly in-network. That fact was confirmed by the insurance company. However, the insurance company had to act on the incorrect information provided by the dental office initially. Though the crown is good and fits well (I am pleased with the end result), the process required to get to this point was not the norm in my opinion. In my 50 years of having dental work done, there are good dentists and bad ones. The poor customer service makes this dental office one of the latter.
