AQUI Water Sports Scuba, Snorkeling & Technical Diving

Customer service is exceptional. My partner and I bought two Stahlsack 34 Inch luggage bags for our our upcoming dive trip. We ordered them over the phone and Landon (store owner) processed our order. We requested the bags be drop shipped from the factory to us since we don't live in Ft Lauderdale. Our bags were delivered several days later but when my partner opened his box he discovered that his bag had been shipped without a liner. Someone in QA at the Stahlsack factory must have been sleeping on the job! We couldn't believe such a glaring error got through. We contacted Landon about this and we were going to do a return and replacement but in the end Landon had Stahlsac send the missing bag liner. It was easy to install and now we're both happy with our new scuba luggage. The point is... customer service! When informed of the missing liner, Landon made sure that the problem was corrected and his customers were satisfied. Responsive, engaged and involved. I would gladly do business with Aqui Water Sports & Scuba anytime. Thank you!

diving at noon, We had to walk from the store to the beach and back, not a short walk with the scuba equipment on our backs, the guide was busy looking for all kinds of lost things on the bottom, not professional at all, very amateur diving at a maximum depth of 9 feet which would have been better to snorkel instead of carrying all the equipment and we would also have saved 130 dollars per person...
