Brighton

Brighton really makes beautiful products. I love the look and the quality is excellent. Recently I sent a few of my purses in to be cleaned. They had gotten a bit old as I've had them for many years and wear them exclusively. I was absolutely thrilled when they literally came back looking like brand new. I absolutely love this place. But not only because of the products but because of the women who work there. Every time I go in to the store, they make me feel like a million bucks. I love how they always make me feel like I'm super special. These women are so perfect at bringing out the best in every customer.

I visited this location while I was on vacation. I was looking forward to adding charms to my bracelet to commemorate the trip. When I arrived in the store, a Brighton employee was standing at the entrance and immediately welcomed me in and asked if I needed any help. That's typical customer service and I had no problem with that at all. But, after shortly sharing I was there to look at the charms, this woman would not get out of my personal space, kept asking me questions and would not take her eyes off me. When I moved, she moved, too. I'm not sure if this store has issues with stealing or if this lady was just lacking social awareness or something, but I walked out without anything. I could have spent $100+ as I had intended to before entering the store, but this employee ruined everything by making me feel uncomfortable. I do not recommend this store.
