The staff was excellent and so very helpful in our time of need. Joe, Tarin, James and Maureen went above and beyond. Tarin is the first person we spoke with and she is excellent. Joe was so helpful in all our questions on cremation and helping me choose an urn. We had a Tribute/Celebration of Life and James and Maureen couldn't have been more helpful. The entire staff treated us like family.

The entire staff is amazing. The most caring people I've ever met, especially Joe. He helped us through a very difficult time with the loss of my father. The funeral home itself is beautiful and met all of our needs for the memorial service. I highly recommend Baird-Case and plan on using them again when my mother passes away.
