NEVER PICK UP THE PHONE OR CALL BACK. Let my policy cancel, i left numerous emails and even texted the agent to prevent this and she said she would call me back but never did.

They provided outstanding consultation. Anytime I called with an issue, they are on top of it and get back to me very quickly. Always ready to take ALL your questions and give you the BEST possible answer to fit your needs! Vielande is very efficient, helpful and a pleasurable to do work with. It is good to know she is there to assist to the best of her abilities. If I could give a million stars I would!!!

This lady do not care about customers she let them cancel my insurance 4 times in the past year I keep giving her a new card she never updates it she just make a new policy so she can get paid again all she cares about is money I do not recommend her at all my dl keeps getting suspended because she cant take 2 seconds to update my auto pay she doing it on purpose everytime they cancel my policy she makes a new one and gets paid again Im unknowingly driving with a suspended dl 4 times this year this has happened to me they never communicate the payment problem to me Update the number I have matches the one in the picture so I have the right place
