    Top notch. It can get busy in there but youre never ignored/forgotten unlike every other mobile carrier Ive come across, Im a new customer, I went in there twice to ask questions before making the leap from my carrier. When I decided to change carrier I went back to the store; very helpful, no cheesy upselling or bait n switches. They were happy to help me provision my new phone, watch & line. Polite, v knowledgeable and v professional. A few weeks in I noticed my billing was off. Something went wrong during my initial account setup. Had to go back..the service agent did some quick math and saw there was something potentially v wrong w my account. Rather than shrug me off, give lame excuses, he acknowledged the error and quite happily went and spoke to the manager. Mgr took over from there, he did some digging, discovered two issues like I was set up under the wrong code, called their Corp T-Mobile agent, everything was fixed. In and out within 40 mins. Pretty incredible customer service. Try doing that at @Xrinity or @Attt?..exactly ; )

    Two years ago we were sold on trade-in phones and a "free" tablet at this location that we had no use for. They promised that it would come at no cost and our total bill would be 150 per month. I reluctantly took the tablet and was charged 190 per month. After a series of 3 hour calls with T-Mobile, representatives and managers successfully increased our monthly bill to $260/month for two years, despite being told all was resolved after each call. I just left them forever and will NEVER go back. When you call them they will make promises but will refuse to provide any documentation to back up their claims. They will tell you they'll call you back, will re-instate promotions that they remotely removed without asking etc, but it will never be carried through. I paid off my devices - including the unwanted "free" tablet"- and have asked to terminate all services and billing. It took 3 additional calls to make this happen and I've been told to expect 2 more bills of $160. I don't even know why. I ported my family's numbers to Google Fi and now I am paying 80/mo unlimited everything. I'm no "Karen" and I don't often complain. for 25 years I've worked with every phone company out there pretty much. This was beyond bad. If I had the energy, or if I though it could help someone else, I would have litigated. If you chose this company I recommend this; from the moment you engage with a sales person, record everything, document anyway you can.
