Great experience! I learned about this place when I was eating in a nearby restaurant and the flyer was left on the car windshield. Two things in the flyer caught my eye: 1) transparency about prices, and 2) the quote we are for every-body. Ive been having laser treatments at various locations for ~11 years, with variable results and experiences depending on the machines and the technicians. Im a woman of color, and the one reliably good place I found (too late) in my home state advised me to search for laser treatment centers with the Nd:YAG machine. I tried different places after I moved to a different state, only to have them insist that their one machine could be used on any skin color, that its not a thing to tailor the machines or treatments to different skin colors. Other places deliberately hid their prices from their websites and would not share them over the phone, either, only to surprise you with exorbitant prices in your free consultation. Enter DEPIC Laser. They share their prices up front, specify what technology theyre using, and clarify that they can treat every-body. After talking to Yari (did I spell that correctly?) on the phone, I set up my first appointment. Both Yari and the technician, Barbara, were very patient and thorough explaining the new laser technology. Yari and I even had a discussion about previous technologies and her experience with them, from the original, pioneering Candela machine to the newest technology DEPIC has in their office. Their machine with latest technology combines Nd:YAG and Alexandrite, and Nd:YAG is the laser machine that is friendly for skin of color. The experience itself was surprisingly painless! I had previously found laser hair removal to be significantly painful (and even worse in those locations that insisted that the lasers they used on Caucasian skin were just as good on brown skin), but the new machine has a cooling system that cancels out the heat and protects the skin. I had my upper lip and jaw done today and did not feel any pain at all, except in one area in my chin with some very course hairs surrounding a scar. Most comfortable laser experience Ive had! Would strongly recommend for everyone, and ESPECIALLY for those with more melanated skin :)

My experience at Depic Laser has been exceptional. The laser hair removal treatment has been incredibly easy and comfortable, and the results have exceeded my expectations. After just a few sessions, I have noticed a significant reduction in hair growth, and there is hardly any pain! The staff is friendly and professional, and the facilities are immaculate. I highly recommend Depic to anyone looking for an effective and long-lasting hair removal solution!
