My hospital has been completely satisfied with our transition to Poynt. We had a smooth transition from the system we were using, and I feel that the terminal is more user friendly. The terminal interface has easy custom settings, even featuring our logo for a seamless and appealing appearance to clients. Our main terminal is double sided for clients to interact and enter their answers to prompts and emails. I appreciate the option to directly email clients their receipt, it saves a lot of paper, time, and money (also it auto saves their emails for convenience). My Representative Adam has always been there immediately when I needed him, and you don't have to go through 80 hoops to talk to someone regarding any issues. The prices are reasonable and the reports are easy to obtain and keep track of sales. The interface completely syncs with the online website and managing multiple users is easy (even with multiple levels of access to the machine and it's features). The connectivity to the wifi has not had any issues and there are only a minimal amount of updates for the system. I would highly recommend Poynt to small and large businesses. They really care about their clients and in a fast paced world, customer service really matters.
