Jay is a great Loan Officer . He is honest and upfront about your options and financial abilities. I wouldn't hesitate to use Jay over and over again with the home buying process. Jay has been nothing short of willing to help my clients (and my own parents) obtain the instruments to buy their homes... He always answers his phone, takes the time to explain the complexities of the lending process (and explains concisely to any level of intellect), and applies himself thoroughly to the client's needs and situation to make the loan approval process as seamless as possible. Started my home purchase journey over 3 months ago, with an initial closing date of 6/29.
