The plumber was referred by my warranty company. He was supposed to come between 1 and 4 PM. I waited until 6 PM after repeated phone calls throughout the day with promises that they would be there. At 6PM I finally got David Sullivan, the owner, on the phone who told me he would call me back. He never called. I had to call the warranty company and get another plumber. This is an irresponsible and unprofessional company who shouldn't be on any list of any warranty company.

The only reason I gave them one star was because I couldn't give them zero. Select Home Warranty Service decided to contract Dixie Mechanical and they have no sense of urgency or respect to contact the customer if they will not be showing up to a scheduled appointment. I was put on the shedule for a monday from 8-12pm and no one called to say they couldnt make it out. I had to google their # because no one returned my call from the # given from the home warranty service. After speaking to David he said either himself or another worker will come out after they finish the service they were at, which could take 3 hours. 5pm came and I had to contact the home warranty service company and they told me to give them till the next day. Not sure how they are still in business. Update: They came out tuesday just to take pictures and he said he will submit to the home warranty service same day. Now its Wednesday and home warranty service states he has not submitted the diagnosis. We now have to wait 5 days for his lack of professionalism and courtesy to be able to go with another company. Honestly not sure how they are still in business.

I had an exterior water pipe leak that another plumber (sent by the service repair company I use) could not diagnose properly. They arrived, diagnosed the problem very quickly, and fixed it. They did a great job, and I found them very responsive. I will use them as my go to plumbers for everything. I can't recommend them more highly. I was referred to this company by my home warranty company to repair the plumbing in my shower. I made and appointment and was scheduled to have a technician come between 8-11 am. The techniciannever showed. I called and spoked to David he informed me that he had some people called out and wouldn't be able to get to me until after 4. I asked when was someone gonna call me and inform me that you wouldn't be coming during your scheduled time. He apologized and said it wouldn't happen any. The technician came and had to order the part and scheduled to come back and do the work. Once again on the day of the scheduled repair, the technician didn't show. I called David again giving excuses on why ain't nobody show or called. This company has horrible customer service. Service: Shower repair

They were referred to me by home service insurance, Came over to my house first time to install Brand new water heater, after 2 months it broke find out they did very bad job call them again they came fixe it again broke after one month very very bad job they dont know what they doing at least in plumbing they are fare to be called professional!!!
