I also integrate mindfulness to help you develop a stronger relationship with yourself. 

Whether you’re dealing with work stress, relationship issues, or anxiety and depression, I’m here to help, motivate, and encourage you!  The decision to seek therapy can be difficult but is the first step in your healing journey.

After our first session, you will feel motivated to move forward in your healing journey, and throughout our sessions will continue to learn strategies to help you overcome challenges!
