We recently had an experience with Homeinc that was truly quite satisfying. We sold an "older" home to them via one of their employees... Yuval. They allowed us to extend the closing date, once a price was agree upon, for several weeks to allow us time to remove our possessions. However, the STAR of our transaction was Kelsey which handled all the contract work and closing papers. What a joy it was to work with knowledgeable, trustworthy professionals, all the way thru to the closing date. Even the Notary verifying the documents stated she always looked forward to any paperwork generated by Kelsey because it was always completed and presented correctly. We live in the Tampa Bay Florida area and closed on July 31, 2023. If you are buying or selling a home, I would highly recommend this company for all your real estate needs. George & Kay

Mat and Kelsey THANK YOU!!!!! From my very first meeting with Mat I knew hit realtor jackpot! He clearly outlined the process. Told me realistic options with Cash Selling vs Listing. Hes transparent, professional and empathetic communication style was just what worked to adjust expectations and timeline. Every phase of the process was communicated, when I asked a questions they answered. Information provided helped make informed decisions. On closing track Kelsey tied everything together flawlessly minimizing my anxiety. All documents and communication on what to expect as we got close to closing was clear. Great experience working with Homeinc. I first talked to Matt and it was a pleasure talking to him, he was honest and straight forward. They stayed in touch with me until the very day of the closing, I would recommend this company to everyone.
