        Best rates in town and very friendly staff. Make sure when you come in you ask for Latoya. She's the best. I was here when it was Extra Space and Latoya's customer service was so refreshing that I stayed on with Prime Storage. I was sure my experience was going to continue to be a great one, which it is. Only wish they kept the bathroom on the 3rd floor (for business clients) and 24hr access for businesses.

        Very clean location. Great specials..Front office staff, Latoya is the BEST! She tries her best to accommodate and work out whatever issues/concerns you have ..GREAT customer service!! 10/10

        They took an administration deposit and insurance deposit for a unit and told me they could refund me for the insurance deposit if i provided proof of insurance. I never ended up moving into the unit because they closed before i could get there and now will not refund any of my deposit.
