        Ann from the Fort Lauderdale in commercial office was very helpful and help me understand my taxes when I didnt she was fast and efficient and took me early as I was off of work earlier than I thought! Thank you very much! Will definitely use again and will also recommend!

        Very bad experience. They took 2 hours to do a simple tax refund. Put an extra 54.00 charge out of it when the told them I opted out of that. When I called them about it I was told I didnt understand that it was because I didnt pay for them doing my taxes and I didnt pay up front. As well the representative hung up on me and when I called back she said it wasnt her. A supervisor was supposed to call me but never did. Looks like they are not really trained . Never again worst experience.
