As a former employee I will attest that everything Andrea and the team at Noack does, is for the client with the client in mind. All staff from a junior accountant to a senior partner receive weekly trainings on topics ranging from gaining proficiency on software current being utilized, to subjects of tax law updates and how their clients can benefit from such changes. If a client reaches out with urgency a requesting assistance in getting a tax or accounting matter resolved, Andrea will take the request with high regard and do what is reasonable to accommodate the clients request as expeditiously as possible. Staff morale is also very important to both her and her husband. Why would this be important to a potential client? Research shows that happier employees will increase their output productivity without loss of quality. If you are a small business owner in need of accounting or tax services at the very least place this firm on your short list. In weighing your options some things to consider: In the trailing 24 months (roughly the time under Andreas direct leadership) I personally just counted 49 reviews of appreciation and gratitude from various small businesses owners for what her team has done for their business. Im not saying to discredit a negative review. Take each and every review as if written with sincerity by the individual. I fell that doing ones do due diligence is important when researching who to represent your financial interests. In my own experiences I often refer to the words of legal scholars that state a self contradiction shows a defect either in the memory or in the honesty of the individual

After finding myself in the need of a new accounting firm upon joining my company with another firm, I only needed basic bookkeeping and my prior and current tax year returns done. I figured to be the ideal kind of client in that I had the need for business bookkeeping and returns that would be beyond simple to do for an accountant and just standard personal returns annually. I'm far too busy to be able to aptly handle these on my own... The Prior year tax return was 90% complete, and just needed filed (extension filed previously). After 8 MONTHS of working with Noack and Company I found their ability to do even the most basic tasks to be both monumentally difficult to accomplish on their part and insanely time consuming to execute the simplest of requests. Responding to calls or emails within a day never happens. Response times being several days or maybe a week seems to be their standard protocol. Getting something accomplished within hours or a day or two??? Forget it! Not happening.They either don't care or are just to incompetent to figure out the business world they pretend to be in! Granted, I'm busy and had been slow to respond on my end - and that's my choice, HOWEVER, the incompetence or downright indifference demonstrated by this firm on their end was reprehensible from a professional standpoint. These folks do not possess a sense of professionalism and have an excuse for everything they fail to accomplish. Its like dealing with teenagers if you have kids! It's NEVER their fault! If you're looking for excuses for NOT getting anything done, this is your rock-star team. If you want BASIC accounting services or lord forbid, more than the most basic tasks executed, LOOK ELSEWHERE. You will find Noack & Company to be nothing short of a nightmare to work with! Hope you don't learn this lesson the hard way.... NOACK's RESPONSE to this review is unfortunately childish at best. My abuse and demands "as they claim" came as valid complaints and expectations for results. This after 8 MONTHS of this firm's failure to do ANYTHING, even at filing deadlines! Who wouldn't get a irate and demanding AFTER 8 MONTHS OF NOTHING being accomplished With deadlines looming and nothing being done, I demanded results. AFTER they had all the data needed to finalize the work and stated they would get it done... they FAILED to get anything done. Instead, they opted to quit. When they quit and left me in an 11th hour lurch, I got irate, who wouldn't? The way they characterize the situation is not in sync with reality. I"m sure they knew they were going to be one and done. Like I've clearly stated herein, I was slow in response and took time to get info back, but their responses were even slower once received...and in the end, they continued to do nothing. These folks just want to blame you for their failures. Their response should make that quite clear. You're better off finding a firm with a more professional outlook that serves your interests than what they possess here. Life is too short. Enter at your own risk.
