This used to be my daughter and I favorite store! Recently walked In asked to use fitting room and lady gave me a dirty look saying their closed! Wow lots of new items but I will not be giving them any business. What happened to the old staff!?! They were always so friendly! Keep your store full, wont be getting my business with the staff they have now! Didnt even welcome us to the store and we were literally the only customers! Its a shame!

Rude and unprofessional! She was not helpful and complained about saying next to the next person in line! I had money to blow lost my business for sure

I LOVE CITI TREND!! ITS GREAT QUALITY FOR AN ECONOMIC PRICE, WHICH NOW DAYS IS VERY HARD TO COME ACROSS. THE WORKERS ARE ALWAYS VERY POLITE, HELPFUL AND VERY PROFESSIONAL. I REALLY RECOMMEND CITI TREND FOR FEMALES AND MALES OF ALL AGES!

I've always loved shopping here, but my most recent visit was very disappointing. They've limited their store hours and still can't open on time. They left multiple customers standing outside for 20 minutes after they were supposed to open. The air conditioning wasn't working, they had box fans everywhere. They need to step things up.
