Terrible lawyer, he does not defend those who hire him at all, he does not do a good job, he only collects the money and then does nothing else, he does not investigate, I mean he is a bad lawyer, he is not good, do not let this man steal your money, he does not know how to do anything Well, I would give your work one star if it were up to me I would give it less but I will continue to review so you don't fall into your trap. Derek represented me in collier county ( naples) last Wednesday. He got the case dismissed!! Hes excellent. He calm and diligent. On cross exam he swiftly exposes a liar. Dont ever go to court without a lawyer. Call him hes easy to talk to and a gentlemen.

If ever I need to hire a lawyer Mr Derek Tyler is my guy. I have spoken to him three times on the phone. He was direct, honest and offered advice that is superlative and sound. He is considerate and care about clients need rather than enriching himself. His demeanor is calm and collected and in every way a gentleman. Never hurry me in any way and was patient asking pertinent questions while responding with relevant answers. I have never had a lawyer say to me that I dont need to retain him because it was no claim. It was a case where an 18 year old boy crashed a bicycle into the automobile that my wife was driving. Mr. Tyler called it a fraud claim and stated that my wife did nothing wrong and did not receive a citation. His analysis was correct and logical. He is honest and forthright not to have me hire him. Basically he offered free advice and further advised me not to pursue the boy because he is an adult, no insurance and no money to pay for the damage to my car. I am thoroughly impressed with Mr. Tyler and this is the second time he said to me Not to hire him. By god I will hire him and urge you to do the same. Michael Sung, Ph.D.
