The lady at the front desk was wonderful. I was ready for a shower but the showerhead was wimpy, so it took me a while to get my hair wet enough to wash. There was a lot of traffic noise, particularly in the morning.

Good location. Rooms were clean but need updated. Having a kitchenette was nice. There was a dead bug in the washer and some in the kitchen light fixture that we had the staff remove and they did so promptly. It is the only place we stayed that we probably won't stay again unless it gets updated.

I just wanted to say if I could leave a hundred stars I would because 5 stars is not even close. I am not a fake review, I am just a hard working American that stumbled across this beautiful gem. I am from Oklahoma trying to find a reasonable and clean place to lay my head.. long story short 3 years later I checked out of a motel that I called home because I was treated like family!!! I dont even know where to start with all the great things that was done for me while I stayed there . First I want to thank Cathy the manager for her kind and generous hospitality and a heart of gold. truly first class management. 2nd Andrea was next on my list to thank , she truly has a heart of gold and treats everyone with respect and kindness, I will never forget her. 3rd is Brenda the housekeeper manager, she was so professional and so great to detail and making sure everyone was happy and greeting everyone with a hello and how are you doing. Very professional and dedicated to her Guest . 4th - Ron is a very hard working and respectful man I have ever meet , if I ever called down to the front desk with a problem and I dont care what time it would be he was always quick to fix any problem and had alot of great conversations with him. 5th Juan the maintenance man I cant speak enough great things about him. If I had any issues with my room big or small he was knocking on my door to fix it to make me happy!!! Great job my friend. And last but not least all the house keepers that work hard every day to clean my room I just want to say wonderful job and thank you so much to all . I will truly miss each and every one of you and thank you and god bless.. before I go I have to say when I checked out they gave me a card .. and every one wrote a small wonderful message that made me feel so emotional in a wonderful way that they cared enough to do this.. I just want to say thank you suburban extended for a great 3 years of my life I will never forget I will be back guaranteed because of all these wonderful people. Rooms: Great rooms . Nearby activities: Great restaurants and shopping and the beach Safety: Doors lock at 6.30 and have great cameras and they dont tolerate any noise or funny behaviors with unruly people.
