Staff very rude on night shift . Bug eyed lady got an attitude when I asked for condiments. I asked her for a couple packs of hot sauce, she got very upset with me and told me she could only give me 1 pack because it was needed for breakfast in the morning, I was appalled, I have never been treated like that for simply asking for a condiment. She rolled her eyes and acted as if we were the scum of the earth. That makes me and my family never want to stay here again.

Very good hotel, impeccable rooms, a hearty breakfast and restaurants nearby. The only problem is that the air conditioning is on full blast in the corridors...

Way over priced. Sales made us feel like we were an imposition. I am diamond many times over. I will not stay here again.

After spending nearly $1500 staying here for business . We have bought 2 rooms and stayed a total of 6 days I will never stay here again !!!! My fiance and I go to the front desk around 1am requesting hot sauce, it's a big eyed bug eyed lady named Vanessa, who was working , rolles her eyes and told us that she would only give us 2 packs because breakfast needed it, I asked can we at least have 5 pack she again tells us no to request rolled her eyes once more blew her breath and got a serious attitude with us. I am appalled by this behavior and we will not be staying here ever again. Beware of this hotel. Workers have bad attitudes and go off on you for asking for condiments SMH!!!!! We are platinum / diamond elite members and I will be reporting this to upper management!!!!!!
