Night shift staff front desk was very pleasant and help full accommodation. Rooms: Rooms were clean and bed comfortable.

First of all, I would like to say the staff was courteous and professional. Now for the bad. I paid for two rooms and they did not impress. My daughter's room was over run by roaches and mine smelled like pet urine. I informed the front desk about the bugs but did not mention the urine odor. I did not complain, I just wanted to inform them. I was told voluntarily the manager would be contacting me, but I did not hear anything. Hopefully, all will be well once thier remodeling is complete.
