    Had a heater hose issue. Took my Acadia to another mechanic and was shocked by the cost. I fortunately got a second opinion because the out the door the cost ended up being less than 1/2 the first estimate. I don't want to know a lot about fixing cars. But I do want to know that I'm working with someone that I can trust. I have that trust there.

    I called at 7:55am and asked if I could get in for a tire patch. Gentleman I spoke with said he could fit me in and it would be around 30 minutes. I said great and arrived at 8:15am. Same guy I spoke with on the phone now told me it would be closer to around an hour now. I thought it was a little weird the time changed so fast but agreed to wait. Over an hour goes by and he comes back out and I was thinking they're all done, nope he just wanted to try and upsell me some tires. I said no and he said the technician was working on the tire now. I was starting to get frustrated by this point but just sat back down and waited. I have now been in this lobby over 2 hours for a simple tire patch! The guy told me 30 minutes which felt like a ploy just to get me in the door and of course try to sell me more parts. Another thing I have a huge problem with is as soon as I checked in I received the WO invoice in my email before they even touched my car or looked at it. Nearly $50 to patch the tire! I've had a tire patched 3 times on this vehicle and this is more than double the price of any other time. I will say that the store manager is a very nice and respectful guy and if my experience was based solely off him I'd have given a great review, but honestly I must say this has been a very poor experience overall.
