Janice DeAngelo sold my condo in Ft. Myers. She was the most helpful realtor I have ever dealt with. She helped stage the house, held weekly open houses, and called the repairman when we needed one. She went above and beyond what her jobs description really was. I would use Real Estate by Barbour again and will highly recommend them for your real estate needs.

My agent, Janice was extremely helpful in assisting me with finding and purchasing my home. She was well informed about all of the properties she showed me. She kept me in the loop throughout the entire process from searching for properties, mortgage details, and closing. She is very thorough as an agent. Would recommend her purchasing or selling my home.
