        DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS. Unprofessional and poor mechanical repair and customer service. Car needed differential assembly/module replaced. After two weeks they said the parts were replaced and the car was tested and safe to drive back to Ohio. Charged over $3000 only to have the car start to break down within an hour after I picked it up with warning lights and speedometer running in circles. Turns out they installed a faulty damaged module that was not communicating to other electronics in the car. Cypress would not respond to my calls or reimburse for the faulty parts and repair. They do not appear to be a member of the BBB.

        They lost our keys to the car and when we called trying to get the replacement they told us theyd give us, they said they were gonna call the cops for harrasment.
