Gabby was so amazing helping me and my daughter she was so patient and mustve gone through about 10 different shades till we found the perfect one! She made sure we left with what we needed and was so patient with us and all our questions about all the products!

I gave them 1 star because I couldn't go any lower to complete this review! My niece (16y) and her cousin (10y) were dying to go to ULTA on our cheer competition "Vacation " and had the WORST experience! They waited 4 minutes, took pictures while waiting and once they opened the door, they were set...at least that's what we thought. I gave my niece the cash for them to spend. They separated while shopping as people do when shopping. Unbeknownst to me, a salesperson accused the 10y old stealing! They made statements like " and she has an accomplish, stated that they have cameras and they will call the police!" Now, my niece had on yoga pants and a crop top. Her cousin had on shorts with NO pockets! She was upset that she was accosted by a salesperson telling her to put back the item she had in her POCKET. Again, NO pockets. And yes, I went back in the store and shared my feelings and thoughts! 10 yr is now afraid to even go in one of her favorite stores now because of this! There were several other people in the store, but your sales people chose to follow my two young Black youth around! Make it make sense! Such a shameful turn of events!
