An unjustifiable injunction but a serious matter for stalking domestic violence was filed against my son by a neighbor, it was a complicated situation, complexity was overwhelming- it was outright scary but Mr. Stevens explained everything in detail to us and made the process a better learning experience. Mr. Stevens also has concrete foundation in the community being a past successful prosecutor and that was one of many factors that went with choosing him over so many other choices. Mr. Stevens recently represented me in a Motion to Early Terminate Probation and a Motion to Travel. My original Attorney was recently appointed to become a judge in a different county so he could no longer represent me on my case. Most Attorneys wouldnt actually represent on these motions since they were not the original Attorney on my case, however, Mr. Stevens didnt hesitate to represent me. He reviewed my case very thoroughly and walked me through the entire process step by step. I was very impressed with the representation that I got from Mr. Stevens. At my motion hearing to terminate probation he prepared great questions that were able to show the judge everything I had done since my sentencing. With his help, my Judge was able to see how dedicated I was to helping others not make the same mistake I made 11 years ago and show everything that I had done since then.
