Had them scheduled for 9:00 (scheduled days prior to the appointment time), no one showed up by 10:00 so I called. Brian said Kevin(the owner) took the job and is on the way from niceville. No one showed up by 12:30, I tried to call again and they wouldnt pick up or text back. Wasted my time when I should have been at work and left me with a leak on a Friday.

When we noticed our hot water was leaking and caused some water damage, Royce had their tech out the same day to investigate. They soon installed a new hot water heater, which ended up being manufactured faulty, no fault on them. They had a tech out attempting to figure out the issue daily, one of which was here until 8pm. We finally have it resolved and have hot water. It is not common to receive great customer service nowadays, but this company goes above and beyond for their customers. I wish I could remember every techs name as they mainly dealt with my husband, but we appreciate you! We are glad to have a knowledgeable plumbing company to use again in the future.

We would give more stars if we could! Ethan and Tyler worked so hard to get our bathroom up and running. They called to keep us up to date on their arrival and all work was professionally completed!

CALL THIS COMPANY IF YOU NEED A PLUMBER! Call late in the evening and were out the next morning. Ethan and Hunter were so professional. They completed job in a timely manner, and pricing was very reasonable.
