Flowers weren't delivered till almost 6:00 pm and looked nothing like the arrangement I ordered online. Do not recommend.

I can not thank Joan enough for coming through for my bestfriends wedding. She made a beautiful bouquet for her last minute and was helpful and kind for the entire process.

People please do your research before you order through this company they do very good online marketing to hide their true.... If you dig deep you will see a number of people call this woman unprofessional and very catty you can even tell by her tone responding on these posts now I said what I said I felt how I felt and this is exactly how I feel about this flower shop Florist exist locally so = They delivered SOMETHING= Received passive aggressiveness as customer service, when SIMPLY calling to VERIFY delivery and ASKING what type of FLOWERS were used in the arrangement? Please know that Prange's is NOT going to use the EXACT arrangement advertised on the web page. If you would ALLOW them, they'll have you paying $80 for 5 cheap azz CARNATIONS FACTZ The employee Ms J! seemed overwhelmed and disgruntled, at only the 9:00 hour of the day. She was PREPARED to go full Gretchen. Tis the season to get RIPPED OFF and then be VICTIM BLAMED by the merchant. I'd have gotten better bang for my buck by using instacart or doordash for a grocery store bouquet Prange ChiLBoo do better! Good day.
