Two Maids & A Mop

We hired them for 3.5 hrs. They come with a worn our mop and no ladder. One of the maid was on constant phone complaining about the scope of work. In totality they probably delivered 1 hr of work and refunded 1 hr. VERY VERY unprofessional and will not hire them again.

My experience with the Gainesville area Two Maids and a Mop was great. Breanna made sure to follow up with me and see that everything was to my liking. She sent out Megan and Jessica and they did exactly what was talked about prior to the cleaning. I will most definitely be using them in the future!

You can try them if you're up for a gamble. It seems they either do a good job for some people or a really poor job for others. In my case they did a poor job. I spent a nice sum of money for them to clean an apartment that I'd just moved into. The landlord hadn't cleaned it from a previous tenant and it was filthy. I requested everything to be cleaned especially the inside of cabinets and bathrooms. What they did was not what I wanted. They cleaned the floors and the bathrooms, window sills and windows. That was it. Then left. That was my first time using a maid service. I was very disappointed. I ended up still cleaning everything myself after I spent all that money for a maid service. Needles to say they left me feeling foolish, out of a nice sum of money, and I don't see myself ever using a maid service again.
