I called for a quote and was treated extremely rudely... The women you could tell was very distracted at the time. Plain rude. I'll take my business somewhere else. No thanks.

I had homeowner insurance policy with Ann Toms for 5 years. Always had to contact her office for renewal. 2022 I was tied up with something and forgot. Her office contacted me after police expired. It was still within the grace period. They took the credit card and said they would send me cc transaction details. Never did. several days later, I reviewed my cc statement and found no charge. Meanwhile, I received a letter from insurance company to cancel my policy and they didn't reinstate it. I immediately contacted Ann's office and it took them two days to notify me they could not find any insurance company to write policy. I went out and within one day, I found two companies that would write policy for me. Cons: poor to no service. you have to stay on top of everything. They were not proactive providing information. High turnover rate. Her assistant changed all the time. That was part of reasons why service was poor. Pros: Nice attitude that didn't do anything to me.
