Gainesville Area Home Source with Trish Nystrom

I was referred to Trish through a realtor in Brevard County after I was unable to find a home in my price range that had what we wanted. We were kind of looking for a needle in a haystack. We wanted property for a mini farm with a decent livable family home, that wouldn't drown me with a mortgage. Trish accepted the challenge with open arms, working hand in hand with my broker to find me the perfect home. It took a few trips to Gainesville, and a lot of sight seeing, but she was successful. We now live in a beautiful home on 2 acres and We couldn't be happier with our soon to be hobby farm. I will definitely be calling her if I need to make any future real estate purchases. Accommodating, trustworthy, and professional, Trish Nystrom is everything we wanted in a Realtor. My partner and I discovered Trish through her constructive online videos as we scouted Gainesville neighborhoods from out of state. Meeting her in person was even better, as she is as knowledgeable and authentic as we expected, and she made every effort to make the most of our brief time in Gainesville before we identified a property and placed an offer. Her communication and follow-up are second to none! Trish Nystrom is the real deal and we cant recommend her highly enough.

We had been through 3 realtors prior to contacting Trish to try and sell our home. Trish had sent us a few letters to contact her when we were ready to try and sell our home again. We are very glad we reached out to her. She was amazing from the first phone call. She gave us her honest opinion and was very easy to talk to. The other realtors we used did not have feed back on how to stage our home. They expected our home to sell itself. Trish went above and beyond bringing outdoor furniture of her own to help us stage the outside and gave us great tips. The first person who viewed our home ended up buying it. With how fast our home sold right before Christmas, she even went the extra mile and helped us find an apartment. She still checks in to see how things are going. She gave our experience the personal touch and made us feel like we were more than just a sale. We would highly recommend Trish and we tell everyone to use her!

As a buyer, I dont think I could have received better service from any other realtor than Trish Nystrom. She was available day and night, helping me and my fianc find the perfect first home. The level of care and attention we received from her was totally unlike the three previous realtors we had used. Her knowledge of the Gainesville area was indispensable in choosing the right neighborhood and architectural style of our home. Moreover, she was able to guide us through the entire buying process; answering any questions regarding the contract, offer, and even things about maintenance and improvement. She consistently went the extra mile at every juncture, either researching an answer to a question she didnt know, or getting excellent advice from her team at Watson Realty. After months of searching we finally closed on our home at the end of May 2020, yet she is still dedicated to helping us with referrals for various services and work nearly two months later We are both impressed and very happy to have had such a great home buying experience with Trish and to have also gained a lovely friend in the process. I cannot recommend her and Watson Realty enough.
